Estimates
Our estimates are free. All estimates are performed in person by the owner. We do not provide estimates over the phone.
A site visit is required to ensure that we fully understand the nature of the request. This allows us the opportunity to provide you with an estimate that is as accurate as possible.
In some cases, such as a small hole in the wall, we may be able to provide you with an estimate from a picture.
Our estimates are very detailed. We will document a scope of work for the customer to approve. Estimates are broken down by labor and materials.
We will also provide a materials list based off the current prices from Home Depot, Lowes, Sherwin Williams or any other vendor that we purchase products from. It isn’t always possible to be 100 percent accurate on the materials. However, we do provide a copy of all receipts to the customer.
If we over bid our time on a project, we will credit the unused time on the final invoice.
